Wow!!! It really sounds great I can try but missing breakfast is good idea? I am always asked to have good breakfast eggs or oats or something like that..
I am taking whey too post workout..
Depends on whether you're exercising or not, and how much. This was my diet with no exercise. Just plenty of coffee for breakfast and lunch with a small healthy sandwich as described, only dinner was large and this was mostly lean meat and vegetables. All of these things make you feel full, and if you have plenty of fat reserves your body will burn them without hesitation.
But if you're serious about exercise you should of course eat 3 meals a day. That doesn't mean you shouldn't drink coffee to make you feel less full though ;)

Been working out since the start of the summer. This was a huge change for me, I've always been a little lazy when it came to physical exercise.. moving to Spain quickly sorted that problem.. Suns out - guns out.

Since then I've become hooked, lifting has become a hobby now not a chore!

Well I just found a niche health products for IM'ers.
Yeah and from this variety of niches can be developed like health products for developers or accoountants or any office job or work from home :D

As an eliteswimmer i Do both cardio when i swim and I lift too, to improve my swimming skills. Before I started swim, which is like 5 years ago now, I was the fat kid in school. Today I am nealy 18, about 5,8 feet and my weight is about 172 lbs..

Been lifting since I was 15. Been doing personal training and next Tuesday will be attending military bench press competition. Winner is the one who can lift their own body weight with the most of the reps. I'm at 25 at the moment. Have a burning question? Feel free to ask anything.

You provide PT? How many reps of your body weight you can do? Recently went to Rep wars the dude who won did 117 reps Squats + Bench Press

Used to provide. Was working in different country back then and my qualifications don't work in my current one. Haven't done max bodyweight reps for a while. I'm in the army at the moment and we had max reps test a while ago and I did 98 reps in one minute.

The bigger the competition the crazier the results. 117 is really good. We have like 30,000 soldiers and only the lifters participated so the competition isn't too bad.

Whooaaa you in army Brah?! 98 reps?? :eek:You must look ripped..Whichever country you serving or stationed in thank you for your service I wish i had the balls to do that ...so army personnel in BHW thats bit unique combination how did you end up here?

Yes. Will be getting back home in 57 days. I started IM couple years ago and found BHW soon after that. Had to pause most of the projects till I finish my service. After the army I will be focusing to IM and other unique combinations ;)

I've always been into powerlifting so being ripped doesn't mean that much to me.

It's something I always wanted to do.. but never got round to. I think moving somewhere with great weather helped a lot, gave me more motivation.. plus the fact that having small arms at my age started to annoy me, it was time to make a change. I'm now stronger and fitter than I've ever been.

In this business you can have it all and lose it to health if you aren't careful. Working out is a must. I just set up my own gym wherever
I travel for long periods of time OR use a hotel gym. Harder to complete a home gym on the move.

I've been working out for 3 years, used to be a fat kid who ate a bag of chips and drank coke everyday... now I'm lean and a bit aesthetic (still a little fat around the belly area, but that's cause I'm bulking)

I could provide you workouts and an individual meal plan at a cheap price if you'd like. I've researched everything about fitness in these last 3 years.

I do know that people who sit a lot and eat junk food they get hemorrhoids.

I might as well make some $ selling healthy stuff for internet marketer's asses.
