In dec I will be completing 6 years of my DM journey. Everyday routine was sit on computer/Lappy all day n night work ,eat,drink,shit n sleep... 8 months ago got diagnosed with diabetes,hypertension,fatty lever and a lot of other stuff...then doctor told me something that changed my life, he told me I have low testosterone and I will never be able to enjoy sex to full extent if i don't start working out...the moment i got out of doctor's office went to gym got membership and have been working out since... Still look like the dude in my DP just more sweaty cuz of workout..lost like 10 pounds goal is to loose around 40 more..able to do bench press almost my body weight now goal is 400Lbs... Interested to knowing your story Do you guys workout or lift? What's your inspiration or goal?
