I train for strength, I look average and i wanna bulk up a little bit and be able to deadlift 2x bodyweight next summer
i'm doing "Fierce 5" program google it you'll probably like it!

I'm curious about what apps/programs do you people use to track your nutritional intake and workouts. I use MyFitnessPal(for food) and MadBarz(workout).

We're all gonna make it, brah.

Dropped 20lbs between May and July. 231 to 211. Been hovering between 207 and 210 since then. I yo-yo a lot, being super healthy, exercising, etc for a few days, then falling back off the wagon on a four-day eating binge.

Today is back to square one. Did a dumbbell workout this morning consisting of:

6x6 sets of: squats, upright row, calf raises, shoulder press with 25lb dumbbells. Short workout but felt good to get back on it.

Drank a morning smoothie with 12oz of water, pineapple, kale, broccoli, green apple, and chia seeds. Tasted like shit, but felt so good. Popped a Quest bar too. Been trying to hit at least 15,000 steps a day as well, regardless of cardio.

Plan to do dumbbell workouts four days a week (different exercises each day) and cardio three times a week. Once a week each for trail running/hiking, a timed mile, and a distance run.

Goals:

200lbs by New Year's
190lbs by the start of Q2 2017
180lbs by mid-year
Then bulk and cut from 180 to 190 forever

I'd like to also be in the 1000lb club by the end of 2017 as well.

We got this.

Been sat on my fat ass behind a computer for 11 years. 2 years ago I started running. Since then I've lost about 70lbs. Have started resistance traiing and hope to further bring down my bodyfat %.

Actually I am doing excercises every 2nd day. One day to make a complete body workout at home which takes me around 45 - 50 minutes. The next day I am using to rest and to have my muscles grow. As you might know the muscle grows in the period of rest and not during the workout as many people thinking. Doing this since a longer time now and I can tell you that I have a much better body then Brad Pitt in Fight Club. Without any steroids or this kind of toxic shit. Besides that I am watching what food I take to me. Try to avoid meat and drink lots of water. Only water actually. No white bread, no sugar, no wheaten. Just good biological vegtable stuff and massive water. As a protein shake and gainer I am using Hemp Protein. This gives me 50g protein / 100 g value. And comes from nature hemp seeds. Thats at least my personal "secret formular" in order to stay super strong and healthy in real life. Also I could not sell Hercules without being a small Hercules myself. :D

I can be wrong but I think the method you are doing it is called HIIT ... I don't need any gains most of cutting so I am using ON whey isolate

@CapYY why would you get inspired by two people who used steroids, one of them ended up dead and the second is fake natty getting rich cus of people who believe his lie ?

Working out almost everyday for the last 4 years. Calisthenics mixed with gym and around 3500 - 4000 calories a day. A tip is as long as you get to the gym a couple of days a week , you don't need to worry about the weight that shit got handle itself in no time :) And if you want motivation, look up Frank medrano and Ct fletcher.

Haven't eaten wheat or dairy for last 4 years, quit drinking, only eat organic (when possible). Lost 60 pounds, put back on 30 in muscle, and am stronger than I've ever been. It took me a long time to realize how much food was affecting me, and once my diet changed I saw incredible results. It was really tough, but now I don't even think twice about it.

I work out 4-5 days a week for about 45 minutes each day, mostly with core exercises and dumbbell stuff. I slack on squats & deadlift bc of some old injuries. I have a counter-height desk now that I can stand in front of while working, and that helps a lot actually for energy levels and for low back stuff.
Wow great job bro that you have reached what my goal is but I want to continue DL n SQUATS hopefully without injury :D

Good job man!! best decision you could make! :-)
I do powerlifting myself squat, bench and deadlift ;)

Hahaha 18 votes so far and none for Cardio Workout
what a bunch of BH Savages.
Voted before I saw your comment (and ruined it). My preference and option wasn't avail.
CYCLING - Not for pleasure but to crush the souls of those who ride with me and ruin their day :-) (great group of riders and if you ever acquire fitness, the sport is as addictive as heroin ...or so I hear.)

Thats some metal inspiration there :D

I hurt my neck C3-C6 and have put on an extra 10 or so pounds. Its driving me crazy that I can't lift or doing any heavy exercising as it really helped my body and mood. I am going to try DDP Yoga to see if that works. Hope to get back on track.
Yoga is good also you can do cardio right? maybe a bit control on diet they say diet is BATMAN and workout is ROBIN

Of course, pic of me and my boy @Neon

Its hard for me to run as I have bulging disc in my neck so it makes running and walking fast tough. I am pretty good diet wise I don't eat junk just mostly fruit, salad, healthy stuff but I will have a steak once in awhile. I just need to be more active and not to have pain when exercising that would really make me happy.
