Bing Keywords Getting Disapproved

Hi everyone,

I have a Bing ads account in Gambling sphere, and it has been working for some time. But there is a problem that the keywords are getting disapproved constantly with online gambling, though the account works. Everytime I remove the keywords, and add them again. Usually there is also no option to send for an exception, and once it worked and it got exception denied. Does anyone have the same experience? I would really appreciate if you could share your experience, and any solutions for this.

How do you even managed to get bing ass accounts
