Is molodova location fast enough for Indian and USA traffic or it'll be too far?

Do you offer any 1 month trial?

I need to test and compare it with my current host before moving in to yours.

I signed up for AlexHost Service, once I got the VPs running (took about 30 mins to setup, it usually takes me 5 mins with runcloud.io) i realized their servers were too slow for my likings, but I continued to test my site on it.
I then realized that the speed was too slow and ping time was way too high for my website, my site was taking between 20-30 secs to load, when before it loaded in 2-3 secs on DigitalOcean.

I asked for a refund since they state on their website they will give you a refund if you are not happy within the first 30 days, well I was on day 1, they said they will pass the request to someone else, it's been now 3 to 4 days and I have not heard a beep from them.

My suggestions for anyone else looking for hosting is to stay away from them, I ended up getting service from another offshore company in Russia listed here on BHW, they are fast, runcloud VPs installed in 2 minutes and my sites load in less than 2 seconds now.

This time I only signed up for a month instead of paying 12 months upfront like I did with AlexHost, but now I will definitely upgrade to yearly as soon as AlexHost gives me a refund. (if they do) or I will pay again.

PS. I emailed AlexHost asking them how long they take to issue a refund, they replied that it takes 14 days. so we will see in 10 more days....
