One free month of ISPmanager - on every VPS
A control panel makes life on a VPS much easier: sites, domains, databases and email in a single interface, without the command line.
Right now ISPmanager is free for the first month on any AlexHost VPS.
That's the full panel - managing sites and domains, mail accounts, databases, file manager, backups and SSL.
To get the 30 days, add the promo code: ISPFREE at checkout. Offer runs until August 1.

Hello, dear Bob0101.@ NEGATIVE FEEDBACK @
I want to share my experience with AlexHost.
I purchased an AMD VPS for €70 per month, which is not a low price for this type of service. Unfortunately, during the last 3 days, I experienced 4 separate incidents, resulting in approximately 4 hours of total downtime.
Each time I contacted support, I was told that this was the first time such an issue had occurred. However, similar outages have been happening repeatedly, with the server going down several times per day.
I am not satisfied with the quality of service provided for the price being charged. My WordPress store has had only 94% uptime over the last 3 days, which is extremely poor for a production website.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend AlexHost.

We already gave you a refund 3 times as exception case for this. We understand that you have issues with network.
But Uptime is not only from our side. Your side also matters. For example DDoS Attacks in your server, not optimized at all, high traffic all of this can impact your uptime with us. Even not having a CDN can significantly impact.
We understand that your experience wasn't good. We had some issues with our Network that is correct, but most of them are fixed already and we had maintenance scheduled, everything after 24 June should be running smoothly.
Based ond our SLA this is what is not included (you can check our SLA page in the footer you can find this):
6. SLA Exclusions
This SLA does not apply in the following situations:- Issues caused by client-side misconfiguration
- Scheduled maintenance with prior notification
- Force majeure events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet-wide outages)
- Violations of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
Can you open a ticket support and link to this review? We will review your case again.
Best Regards,
Alexhost
