SORRY if I missed the post but is youtube deducting views from channels that have deleted, private or unlisted vids?

I cannot edit my channel today. I logged in yet I cannot change the "other channels", playlists or main displayed video.... Is anyone else experiencing these things? I am using g00gle chrome. I will try another browser and post back if there is a difference.

I noticed the "likes" are frozen on an older video of mine. Stuck at 4k and will not budge. Tried addmefast, youlikehits, u2bviews, enhancedviews... NOTHING. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated...

If I blasted views to a video that is 11 months old, can it get to the front page or is the front page ONLY for "new" vids?

I used to work for them and have over 50 shows filmed. UNSEEN by even the band 1999-2001. Preshow, the show, after show, private practices. Hoping there is a metal head hacker on here. I want at least 2 or more working methods for YT views, 1 being mobile.
