youtube LIKES frozen

I noticed the "likes" are frozen on an older video of mine. Stuck at 4k and will not budge. Tried addmefast, youlikehits, u2bviews, enhancedviews... NOTHING.

Any ideas would greatly be appreciated...

Try to do a few dislikes then try again with likes - make sure they are unique IPs and not come all at once.

yeah, i 've been thinking just about that for couple of weeks, but all those views/likes exchange systems offer only likes..

Thanks Skittles. It already has 42 dislikes. I havent thrown any likes at it in 6 months and just started again 3 days ago but it wont go up...

Are those recent dislikes? You need to try them - there are various sites which offer free dislikes.

What skittles is trying to tell you is that, if its really frozen then the dislikes will not be counted. However, if dislikes are counted then is simply that your likes are being counted as invalids.

Likes, Dislikes

All have valids and invalids for the +(thumbs up, likes) and the -(thumbs down, dislike)
Youtube has a simple binary system, in which when you do any of those it will either be a valid or invalid like, dislike, thumbs up, thumbs down.

Thumbs up and likes are harder to do than thumbs down and dislikes, when your thumbs up and likes become invalid(aka. not counted) then your dislikes and thumbs down should still be valid, that is if you haven't exhausted them either.

In other words, there are limits to likes, thumbs up, dislikes, thumbs down.

Luckily, for likes and dislikes is easier to figure out when they are not counted, because you can see it on the source. Not with thumbs up and thumbs down, there is a way but you need to look carefully. That is why comments don't go to the top, because Valid ratings < than the first and second Valid ratings.Not because its flagged, proxies,bad accts bla bla bla and whole other range of bullshit you get people mentioning claiming it as "conventional wisdom"

I haven't had any problems with likes until youtube started all their updates recently. I performed the unlisted method and released the video. The likes are now frozen, but I am getting dislikes. I've even used private proxies and new youtube accounts, but the likes are frozen. Will youtube eventually update the like counter? I'm noticing subscribers are not being updated recently as well.
