Weird - Cannot edit my channel AND 800k views just left my TOTAL

I cannot edit my channel today. I logged in yet I cannot change the "other channels", playlists or main displayed video....
Is anyone else experiencing these things?
I am using g00gle chrome. I will try another browser and post back if there is a difference.

update... it's happening to everyone IF you are viewing the "user/youtubename". Just got to"/youtubeusername"

Same is happening to me on all my accounts plus I lost 2k views on my main off my total views for no reason
