how many youtube comments & likes should be per 1k views?

Any time I've had to figure this out, I just find 5 video that have the amount of views I'm trying to figure out what's an average amount of comments or likes. So, find 5 videos with 1,000 views then count the amount of likes on all 5 and divide by 5, then do the same for comments. You'll get a good figure of what's the average amount of likes/comments per views.

I've seen people with 15K views with only like 200 likes. So using that logic I would say 5 likes per 1000 like Dagreyon seems to have said as well.
I don't yet know about your service, but I will say:
