Youtube/Wordpress/Adsense/Fb - Long term journey

Hello everyone,

I read a lot of journey on bhw since ~1 year. During this time, I try a lot of things, take some experience and also fail a lot.

I think I am now ready to start my own journey here, I am sure I will receive great help and advice. Sorry for my english, I am french and I hope to be understandable.


Goal
Youtube → 1 million views
Facebook → 100k fan
Website → 10k/uv
Profit → 50$/day


My niche
Youtube → fun and best-of/compilation videos
Facebook → sample of the best-of video and fun picture
Website → Mix of all


Already done
Create a logo, FB banner, video watermark
Create Youtube intro/outro
Buy a domain (November 2016)
Open Wordpress website, Facebook and Youtube channel (December 2016)


I published 3 videos in December but I deleted them because I wasn't satisfied of the intro and outro.
It was a very good start because one video, 4 hour compilation, reach 10k views in one week.
I create a new general design, and last week was the real start of the project.

how did you make your videos you use own content or edit them and how did you edit them with what? i am very interested about this

When I do best-of or compilation, I use videos I found from tv, movie, etc .. I compil them with -30s sample in respect of fair use.

I use Sony vegas to edit the video and handbrake to compress them, but you can use the software you want.

I'm trying to figure out how to make a youtube channel that makes more than 0.50c a month lol. What are the rules you have to follow for fair use? Can you just throw a 3 minute anime fight up on youtube and make money off it? I've never really explored. What are good rules not to screw your adsense account up?
