I've been using your service for a couple days now, and to be really honest I am not overly happy with it. Your guys crawlers seem to be hours behind all the time. When I type in my KW + domain on free, manual KW trackers it gives me real data in real time.

I've had my big money keywords jump between spot #35 - spot #202 over 20 times in the last 36 hours. But Serpbook is telling me that it has been cemented in at 130 the whole time. If it wasn't for me doing manual searches with manual trackers, I'd be thinking all of my link building efforts right now are useless.

Do you guys have any explanation for this?

Hi, there can be several factors why this may be happening - 36 hours is not a very big timeframe to accurately monitor a keyword. The keyword dances normally occur when different datacenters are reporting back different results. It could be that the ones we are checking have your site ranking stabilized.
