After I added an URL into Serpbook (exact match) alongside with keyword, this particular URL is stuck at question marks "???". It's been so for like 3 days now. I can't delete it, because after each refresh it comes back, it doesn't update, even though Serpbook is stuck at "gathering data". When I create a new category and add it there, the same thing happens, but at least I get the correct initial position. Everything after that is just question marks and "gathering data". This has happened to me a while back, like a year ago, but I can't remember how I fixed it. Any pointers here? Thanks.

I also found some threads here and in other forums about your service not being too accurate at times. Not sure if that is an issue of your tracker or all trackers in general. Can you confirm everything is running fine at the moment and there are no issues, especially with accuracy?

Does your tracker also track local listings? Or at least factor in the 3 pack when calculating the ranking position of the organic site? (If there is a 3 pack and organically my site is #4, I'd like to see the rank tracker show #7, because that is actually what the normal search visitors are seeing)

Hi there, we are not having any issues with our accuracy at the moment, you can feel free to signup for a free trial account as well.

We able to track the Google Local Listings (including the new "Snack Pack") - this can be set to be included or ignored in your results. If you wish for the tracker to show #7, you can simply include it in your reports.
