Is the service dead?...No answers to support emails, site constantly down, slow, throwing errors. Out of 15+ campaigns and 200+ keywords, no changes at all in weeks etc.

Hi, thank you for contacting us - your keywords have not been updated since your subscription expired on October 31, 2014. It looks like you prepaid for one year and did not renew it once it expired.
Your support email was answered within 20 minutes of us receiving it.
We have added in extra webservers and load balancers to ensure we do not have any downtime, and so far it has been working out great.
It looks like you renewed your subscription a few hours ago so your keywords should start updating again.
Please let us know if all your issues have been resolved.
