I've been a customer of yours for months now, and I'm still wondering what exactly the bi/hourly google updates mean. I would have guessed it meant that my rankings would get updated every 2 hours, but I don't believe I've ever experienced it update more than three times in a day.
Also when I'm adding new keywords it's not returning any results for monthly searches. I realize it might be because of Google changing something, but would a feature to manually input monthly searches be possible? I'm using serpbook to keep track of all my keywords, and to properly track my results I need to know the monthly searches of each keyword.
