Signed up last week. Love the simple interface. Couple of issues i see for me right now.

1. "Export this category to CSV" function does not add file extention .csv so have to do it manually after download.

2. My PR for 1 of my domains must have been unaccessable for 1 of the rank checks during the day. Now it shows all my pages as PR0 (scary for webmaster to see this), but its not self correcting properly to give proper PR now after additional rank checks. I think if i was to delete all keywords in my project and lose my historic stats it would go back to showing pr properly. The reason I think this is because if I ADD a new keyword to track for the same domain, the new keywords added will show the PR properly. I hope this works itself out in the next day or 2 else I will probably delete and re-import the keyword list because i dont like seeing PR0 next to my domain, and clients would like it less. Btw, this error is only happening for 1 of my domains, others are working fine.

Maybe the developer can answer this question. Is PR for all keywords checked each time rank is checked or is it only done 1 time a day?

1.) I think the issue with the .csv is pretty simple, for any Category that has 2 or more words in or a SPACE it seems to remove the extension and date information. For example:

Category name= My Site - will name the file "My" with no .csv extension
Category name= MySite - (no space) will name the file "MySite-19-12-1013.csv
So basically its just messing up if your categories have more than 1 word as the category name.

2.) This worked itself out already as you mentioned

I notice all PDF exports name the file "report.pdf" seems like it should just use the same logic
as exported .csv uses, that would make things more consistent..

1) This looks like a browser error (this does not happen on Google Chrome) - we have made a few changes to fix this up.
2.) We have updated our PDF names to follow the Excel/CSV format for you.

Welcome aboard! SerpBook will pick up your site whether you input the "www." prefix or not.

SerpBook fetches the exact monthly searches based on your keyword region from the Google Keyword Planner.

Well, that's odd as on GKT I see some KWs getting like 1k searches a month, and on serpbook I see less than 1k.
