Hi there, all of our payments are automatically handled by 2CheckOut.

It looks like you resubscribed to the same package multiple times, since your credit card was being declined.

We will issue a refund on any duplicate payments you have made.

SerpBook's billing centre will still retain those payments although they have been declined, this is why you are seeing duplicates of invoices.
