hey, results have been rolled back to last night - updates are coming in again now.

Glad someone confirmed, thanks for that. I tried contacting serpbook multiple times and have had no luck with getting a response.

A lot of bugs with this system lately it seems.

Hi, this bug was due to an update we put in last night - but it ended up backfiring and the script started to include some "blank" rankings, causing some rankings to appear lower then they should be.

This has been fixed & the rankings should return back to normal within a few hours.

Is the Back Links stats going haywire today? I've had 0 and then all of a sudden I have 1,031,365 today on one of my sites. Either it is way off or my site went Viral yesterday just without the visits to it. This is happening on almost all my sites as well.

Could you check on that please. Other than this recent situation I would say overall a good product.
