A. The back link count. Does links from same domain count? Anywhere you can reveal what are the back links you found? Also how do you find the backlinks exactly?

B. I'm current with the lite package but I'd like to upgrade already after using for 2 days. Is there anyway you can give me the one month promotion price for the basic package?

I'm trying to understand your pricing. Keywords/Domains; does this mean I can use say 5 domains with 2 keywords each? Also, what if I am not wanting to track that domain any longer? Can I replace that domain and keywords?

This basically means KWs... if you get the first package you can check up to 10 KWs... doesn't matter if its 10 KWs on 1 or 10 domains.

yes you can change them.

no there is no limit that I can see.

I dont think so but its pretty damn easy, you dont need one.

I've been trying the service and:

- the site sometimes is a bit low
- I can't see my "alerts", it's is loading for minutes and nothing happens

The rest is ok, nice way to check the rankings updated fastly

The site's speed should be back to normal, if it is not please let us know. We are currently upgrading our hosting to see what we need to ensure a fast load time.

As for the alerts, when you click your alerts, does it redirect you to a new page?

When I click the alert the navbar of Mozilla shows "http://serpbook.com/serp/alerts.php" but that site never appears and it just load and load on the same page (the Home for example).
