Built crypto casino platform, no traction. Keep going or drop it?

I built a crypto casino where users can create their own games and earn from them (rev share). The platform handles the backend, math, and payouts.
The product is live and works but the issue is distribution.

What I’ve tried so far:

Small streamers (~$150 per stream)
Social clips (got views, no conversions)
Reaching out to affiliates and networks (no responses)

I’m also low on funds at this point, so I can’t keep testing randomly.

Right now I don’t have a clear path forward or don't know anyone notable in the iGaming space that can help.

I’m trying to figure out if this is still worth pushing and I just haven’t found the right distribution channel or if this type of product is just hard to convert without serious capital.

Looking for input from people who have actually run traffic or promoted gambling offers.
Would you keep pushing this, or move on to another way to make money?

Honestly the product itself sounds solid — a platform where users can create their own games with built-in backend and payouts is a legit value prop. The problem isn't the product, it's the channel mix you've been testing.
Few things I'd consider:
1. Small streamers at $150/stream is burning cash with no targeting. You need streamers who already have a gambling or crypto audience, not just any streamer. Even micro-influencers on Twitter/X with 5-10k followers in the crypto gambling niche would give you better ROI than random Twitch streamers.
2. Social clips getting views but no conversions usually means the CTA or landing page isn't connecting. Are you sending people directly to the platform or to some kind of funnel? For crypto gambling you almost always need a bridge — a Telegram group, a Discord, something where people can ask questions and see social proof before they deposit.
3. Affiliates not responding is normal if you're cold outreaching with no track record. You'd need to show some volume first, or offer a much higher rev share than the competition to get their attention.
If I were in your shoes with limited funds, I'd focus on building a small community first (Telegram or Discord), get 50-100 active users through crypto Twitter engagement and maybe some giveaways, then use that as social proof to attract affiliates. The organic community route is slower but way cheaper than paid channels for this niche.
Don't drop it yet — you just haven't found the right distribution channel. The product-market fit question comes after you've actually tested a proper funnel, not just scattered traffic sources.

If funds are super low and you're not getting any traction after hitting the usual spots, it might be time to pivot or bag it, gambling is a brutal space to crack without serious capital or industry connections, even with a cool product

If you're out of cash and seeing zero conversion from cheap traffic, it’s time to pivot because the igaming space is way too brutal for a solo dev without a massive marketing budget. Cut your losses now and move on to a product where you can actually control the acquisition cost instead of bleeding out on a saturated niche

You should try running ads on Google, Facebook, Bing, TikTok, etc. Run ads on as many platforms as possible. Ads are the only way to get very fast traffic, nowadays. You should absolutely not give up, just test different content, adapt your casino, etc. See where people click, and adapt, adapt, adapt.

Try leaving your contact group in the comments section of some gambling videos. Once people join, guide them through the process. This costs almost nothing.

I'd stay stick with it and do channel testing properly. It usually means to put more effort than people think, more complexity, deeper dive into data, etc
