This service not legit (right is scam)
When you deposit money, they do not notify you of the lowest deposit amount. You need to top up $500 to use their service, while for other services you top up at will and when you buy the card, they deduct that amount. I deposited $100 and deducted the fee, it was $99 and I couldn't use any of their products. When I checked on TRONSCAN, their address was flagged. I asked for a refund, but they ignored me and made up all kinds of excuses. I also made it clear that they could refund less than the amount I deposited, but they ignored it.

Over the years our service had several clients, who turned out to work with threshold account business model, and tried to spend nearly $1 million from our cards while topping them up with only a couple of hundreds. To prevent these users from creating new accounts and misusing our service ever again by pumping the decline rate for our cards, we had to add such restrictions to some of the IP addresses. We understand, that the offer to top up additionally may sound unpleasing, but that is the measure we came up to keep our cards' quality on the top level for our clients.
In any way, the minimum deposit notification for such users is displayed several times before the deposit itself, so we advise contacting our support beforehand, in case any questions arise. Hope this clarifies a little.
As our support informed you, in cases when it is the first time using our service and missed all the warnings, we can add you that $500 if you top up the rest amount.

It seems that your answer always blames the customer, while as you said the amount of money used by customers is very large and also brings many or little benefits to your company. I switched from another service to use your service and I didn't pay attention to the warning, ok just assume it's the user's fault so in case they deposit < 500$, you will collect that amount forever. . I checked tronscan and saw many cases like that. So why do you "covet" their little money, they just want to experience your service. Why not refund and they will appreciate your company.

Hey, it's not that we want to blame our customers for not paying attention, however we're not just a card seller, we're licenced money service business. Of course it comes with some great perks like extended product line, resources etc, but for that we have to relinquish the flexibility which some card re-seller would have.
We have to keep track of every coin transferred to our platform and provide our regulating authorities with complete information regarding AML procedures, should they ask. That is why we have our refund policy explained in detail in our ToS and FAQ sections, as well as support agents who're ready to answer all your questions 24/7. We understand that our terms and conditions may not suit everyone, however we cannot just send money to a 3rd party wallet with the reason "user didn't pay attention" as that clearly breaks AML policies of our partner banks and regulating authorities.
Here's what we offer in similar cases: you top up the necessary minimum amount, we add the whole $500 to your balance, and you withdraw the money back to your wallet. How does that sound?
