If you allow blackhat, why do you ask for KYC to be completed? There's a section where you ask for id with selfie verification.

By BH we meant the type of ads our clients are running.
We don't know what offer they're running ads on, we don't have access to our clients' advertisement dashboards, all we see is merchants like "Google" or "Meta" in transaction history.
Besides, crypto is not just something to pay for BH activities, it's another convenient payment solution with much less fees that bank transfers. By the way, we have AML bot present, so if someone tries to send us tokens used in illegal activities or mixed through mixers, it'll be blocked and reported to FINTRAC

That may not matter if you need a card with $50 on it, but for those who spend thousands on $ daily that question of security is a big deal.

Virtual cards are just like ordinary cards, but you don't have that piece of plastic on you
There are special ones for advertising and there are universal (these are more similar to ordinary cards)

Hi! I want to create Etsy accounts to purchase and review my products.
For this I need reliable credit cards to attach to the accounts.
I want to run 100 accounts at the start, potentially more in the future.
I need API access to manage those cards automatically.
This should not pose a risk to my seller accounts because something would be abused already.
Ideally I would top-up some global balance that can be used by the cards.
The cards should not have a minimum top-up. For example in one month, I want to spend maybe $1, in the next month $15, etc. I don't want to be forced to spend $50 for every card I create.
The cards should be valid for an extended period of time so I can continuously use them for purchases later on as well without changing cards on the accounts all the time.
Ideally the whole set-up doesn't cost a fortune (card creation fees, minimums per card, etc.).
Do you offer something like this?

I deposited funds and ordered an Ultima mastercard.
I tried to make a transaction on fiverr but it was rejected with an error message: "contact your bank/card issuer".
1. can you check what is the problem?
2. can you replace the current card with a VISA card without charging an additional fee? We would check if VISA also rejects transactions.
