If you can send the screen recording with your issue, that would be helpful

2) As for the support TG bot, we have no special bot command for the support, so if you message the bot anything but the "get login link command", our support agent will get back to you in a couple of minutes

If I wanted to use cards to purchase items from US stores like home Depot would I have to use the Ultima card or would the private cards work too
