We have no minimum deposit amount, however if you top up less that $50, additional $5 fee is in place

In general, all of our Ultima cards should work with Azure. The top-up fee for Ultima is 8% and if you get one without subscription the monthly maintenance fee is $15, as a part of subscription we take no fees for monthly maintenance
In our interface, you can select the card type and the BIN both
