Update - They gave me a new card with new BIN for free, it went live on my ads, runs well and I didn't get suspicious payment ban, all good for now, dashboard works well, used KYC to get more then 1 card, everything good - one thing I will stress is the telegram support is not great lol

For BIng ads we advise using Universal cards without 3Ds
If you get a refund, you'll need to send the confirmation of the refund to our support agent (like some screenshot where Bing indicates, that money are going to be refunded on the card) and when the platform refunds it - we'll add the refund amount to your account balance

This one is just like Bing Ads case above: if you cancel the account Google usually indicated where it is going to refund the money. Send that confirmation to our support agent and, when Google refunds it, we'll add you the balance to your PSTNET account
