Q : Are these themes and plugins original?
A : The products that are accessible on this site are 100% genuine, downloaded from the original authors. None of the product files contain any additional code. We even use them on our site. You can use all the items on your site without worrying about anything. Every file is scanned and tested on a site before we make it available. There are some items that can't be used without activation. We've pre-activated them safely for your use. But be assured, no malicious code is added to the files and are completely safe to use.
Q : Do you provide license keys?
A : We do not sell the license keys. All the products uploaded on ThemesInsider are licensed under GNU GPL License. If you need automatic updates and Support from the developer, you need license keys.
Q : Are the updates automatic?
A : You'll have to download and update the themes/plugins manually. If you're running a WordPress version that is 5.5 or above then manual updates are included in WP core. You just need to upload the updated file and your theme/plugin gets updated. If your WordPress version is older than 5.5 then you can simply follow our guide here : https://themesinsider.com/how-to-update/
The entire process is extremely simple and takes just a couple of minutes.
Q : Are the downloads truly unlimited?
A : Yes, even the monthly plan is truly unlimited.
Q : How often are these Themes and Plugins updated and do you take requests for new Themes & Plugins?
A : We update the files almost on a daily basis. If you find an item that is not up to date, please feel free to contact us. And yes, we do take requests for new Themes and Plugins.
