Disclaimer : I was given a 1 month membership to review the service.
I've downloaded a bunch of themes and plugins already and all work pretty well without any issues. The files are clean as well.
Website is neat, you search for a theme/plugin, download it and move along, pretty straightforward.
I've also noticed the updates are pretty quick, specially for some important plugins.
Can't go wrong for the price.

Oh i see that would be great if you can update them regularly. There are few themes out of date.

There are more than 4000 themes and plugins.
Website is simple. Just login, search and download.
While downloading one theme, I got virus message from OP's file host. It went away after 3-4 days.
After downloading that particular theme, I ran virus total and it found one issue.
I contacted OP and he said it is false positive. I havent scanned it with other tools.
OP can improve on search functionality. Usually exact match search is not on the top.

This is kinda worrisome. Are these plugins/themes from sites that offer free nulled plugins?
You probably have a higher item count than Festinger's Vault, your direct competitor, despite being in the game for less time.
Not trying to diss you, but I don't want a backdoor or bitcoin miner running in my server :^)

It would be extremely stupid of me to offer nulled themes and plugins from random websites. That would mean a very short lifespan of my service.
This particular file in question has been returning false positive from a single engine called qihoo360 which is known to return false positives for a lot of files. You can google qihoo360 false positives to see what people are talking about it on other forums.
This false positive has been coming up from the file that was directly downloaded from the developer as well. But if you place more trust on Festinger than the developer himself, I'd like to request one of you good folks who is a member on Festinger's website to check if his file gets the same false positive.

I'm going to bed now, if by tomorrow morning no one can provide the scan from festinger's file, I'll probably purchase it from his website to test it out for myself.

Alright, I checked that for you and seems like VT is showing up the same positive for the file from Festinger's vault. I am a member on another GPL subscription website that's not on BHW, downloaded the file from there and this quihoo positive is still there. Seems like this one's plugin specific as I downloaded a bunch of files from Themer and all of them are clean and working fine.

I have access to few GPL sites and all are good.
However, this site is easy to use and the simple interface makes me go to this site to download what I need.
Regarding the updated downloads, I have checked in other sites and almost all of them have the same versions (latest possible versions) and these guys are fast in providing the updates as and when available.
I give 4/5 for pricing, but I think it's a market average price, but with the discounts, it's a must purchase for sure. Maybe a lifetime plan with a discount is a steal deal, at least for me.
A must-have service, if you don't want to spend a lot of WP essentials and have everything handy when needed.
