I have read about Uptime, ever hosting provider have downtime. Most of them, can't guarantee 100% uptime. When they face some trouble.
Last 16 hours > NO DOWNTIME.

In overall decent prices, cheap and support is not the fastest in the world, but they help you. So, I recommend AlexHost.
Good service provided.
I'm done with alexhost, I'm not going to post here all my downtime status, but two days ago I sent those to honorable moderator here. And don't worry I'm not going to charge back or asking refunds. But after seeing this review of yours, after seeing that you're f&^cikg trying to prove the alexhost is best for users I raised my middle finger for it man.
I removed my sites from alexhost. Because of the heavy long downtimes. I don't needed to destroy my business because of this hours long fu$%ing downtimes. I gave it as a reason too when canceling the host.
In there hosting description they are saying that we are safe from ddos attacks, then what the fu%k is this down time causing?? hah.?
And for your satisfaction I'll post screenshot of just one of my website downtime(hosted in alexhost previously) within 24 hours time frame of those days. I've saved this ss two days ago. and the service is https://www.freshworks.com/website-monitoring/
In some threads when people start to express/tell how's their bad experience with alexhost, I saw that you're die hard trying to save the ass of alexhost.
So Here I'm finally pissed off by seeing those ass saving comment of yours on peoples bad experience replies about the long downtimes.
Oh yeah, I vouched about these guys customer support too, that's awesome. 8/10 for that.
But downtime.. hell no. it's 0.1/10
Maybe I think you're the one who in safe side with their hosting, that's why you are keep saying & keep saying there's no downtime going on like that.
As alexhost stated that...
Some clients are not affected by this DDoS Attacks, that is because some of them, are working without any problem.
Confirmed! You're the one of them who is on safe side. But you're not a one of us who faced fuc&*ng long downtime issues with our business, that's why you don't understand the problems of the other users. Try to see a problems from both sides always. Learn that man. learn that.!
Now they might solve the problem I don't know, as your screenshot says maybe they fixed that. but in future I can't risk again my business like this. So I removed my all websites from alexhost and moved to another offshore hosting service.
I think I'll get good uptime from this new hosting service at least, not hoping the 100% uptime, but just no more than 2-5 min per month as total downtime.
Sorry if I bring you from Sky to the earth. enough for you now...
and this few words for alexhost.
Please don't do this to customers of yours. Before happen this shitty downtime issues I had a good trust about your service. But that trust's destroyed. I just ready to went off with silence by removing my websites from your host, but.... after seeing these type of people replies I'm pissed off again, and got angry to post my bad review here. Because these type of people don't have any idea about how other people feels when their business falling off because of a hosting issue. If I had angry emoji I'll post it but it isn't available on BHW. so placed ha ha react for his reply.
Thank you.
As a overall score I'm giving 2/10 for the service.
