1. It depends on your ad copy, the clicks can vary from 400-500 to 1-2k

2. You can start with 30-50$ but a better option will be if you have 50-100$ to start.

I read the guide, things are explained concretely and clearly. I think that for people who don't have that much experience in CPA it is a great option.
