Because you need to run ads for generic product and services. you should not do ads for illegal product or service.

Do you have your own brand or are you reselling?
Try not to be too broad and focus on one very specific market (women aged 20-32) for example.
You look for interests. Do your fathers like playing golf or do they like fishing, do they like to do outdoor sports or do they do home repair?
You need to know your audience, fathers day is extremely broad, there are millions of fathers
They probably work but they seem to be churn and burn accounts which can sell for $30-50 with card included and have very little lifetimes spend unlike my accounts which are for long term use.
Display network performs real well
I recommend trying both, you can usually tell within the first 10-30 dollars spent how well a campaign is performing.
That is very relative, you're showing me your ad costs. But what about how much that spent has generated you?
If you're on a positive ROI keep going, if not its all about tweeking.
Try both, its all about testing, there is no 100% certain answer.

You launch ads and cloak, or try to make it viral, there are many dumb people out there that fall for those everyday, even though I consider them very unethical.
You warm up your casino URL and cloak
Its all about learning about your audience and doing testing on adsets to see which perform better.
Read A LOT and experiment, also see if there will be a kind soul that can be your tutor.
You could media buy with $100 or with $100,000, it all depends on the kind of results you're looking for.
I sell accounts in pesos and yes sometimes you can get CPM extremely cheap compared to US accounts if you know how to optimize achieving CPM for half a US cent is possible.

I know IM is mostly learned through trial and error, but knowing that you're on the right track when you're short on money could be a relief!
