I'm trying to transfer someone's ad account that was created in their business manager to my business manager but when we transfer it the previous owners can still give themselves admin access. Is there a way to do a transfer without creating a whole new account?

Its impossible to tell without trying, you can do AB testing and try on both platforms and then try both a video and a picture to see what works best for your brand,
though video and Instagram have a lot of reach.

1. I wouldn't be able to recommend any course unless I was 100% certain of it, so I would rather not recommend you something that might not end up working.
I am sure there is a ton of information here on BHW or members that can help you (just be careful if they try to ask for money before showing anything)
2. I have not, as gaming is not a niche I have ever tried but it should work the same as running campaigns for influencers or celebs, I am sure if you ask here the right people can help you.

You need to have good content on the video, the cost is hard to know as its all about finding the right audience and trying different videos to see which perform better.
You need to learn which is your audience, this can be done through research or by trial and error by testing different audiences on your ads.

Do you care explaining more? Do you get the ad account banned or the performance decreases exponentially when you increase the budget?
If performance suffers from an increase in budget try changing the audiences slightly or updating the pixel, also try creating a duplicate of the original campaign and scale on that.
Facebook is very weird most of the time and people just try odd fixes that sometimes work.

I am sorry the questions is very vague, there are thousands of possible practices, are you trying to scale locally? There are many tools out there (some free and some paid) that help you see what your potential clients might be looking for.

There's a million possibilities, you can't know without trying, or you can use a spy tool to see which ads are performing well and get ideas from there.

Ad cost has decreased for a lot of things but it has also increased for a lot of things currently in high demand. The decrease or increase doesn't depend on the platform but on the niche itself.

Are you trying to take completely the ad account from that business manager? Since it was created within that BM its impossible to take it completely from that person unless there's an option like with pages where a new admin can take all admin rights from the other staff.

yes cost per result keep getting higher and secondly how to run ads from 50 a day to 500 a day without affecting too much on cpv. for audience if we run v bucks generator then only FORTNITE is option to target, how can we try different audience ? such things are not understandable. need help of somebody in this case

Hi, I started using Google Ads a few weeks ago to promote an affiliate product on a landing page made by me. My account was immediately suspended after 0 clicks and 72 impressions with the reason "Your account violated our system evasion policies".
Support isn't responding and I don't know how to unlock the account.
I also don't understand the reason for the ban because I don't seem to have done anything against the policies.
