Here's my brief review for this product:

11/10 for Customer Support (yes, 11/10)

I've also had problem during installation (due to Bitdefender causing the issue) and he responded very quickly via pm and we solved the issues together. He was super helpful and patient throughout the whole process as well.

As for the software itself, I'd say that I have just scratched the surface for now, but so far it's been very pleasant experience using this software.

It does perform all its functions well as stated and I'd say that it's definitely worth every buck for its price.

Also, I've bought the other tool, QuestionForge, and it's a nifty tool to have alongside QA grabber and worth buying together as well :)

Hope that you'd have a prosperous year ahead for your business, Mr.X ! =)

Update: The keyword whitelist new feature is another deal-breaker (the first one was the JSON markup implementation) with it, I was able to extract questions containing my exact keyword and save myself long hours of editing time.

Has anyone had any success publishing FAQs as ebooks and publishing it through Publishdrive or Smashwords?

I appreciate the awesome reviews - thanks for the kind words!

@mylastvacation I apologize for the case-sensitive bug with the whitelist, I've gotten it fixed and want to push the update but I've been under the weather the past 24 hours or so and it's gotten worse, so I'll be releasing it as soon as my head is clear... won't be much longer.

As for the Smashwords idea, that's pretty clever - I hadn't even thought about monetizing that way - but you could easily put together a "Top 100 (or however many) Questions About Topic X" and throw it up for a few bucks... I may have to experiment with that lol... I love people thinking outside the box!

Update Released

The software should prompt you to update the next time you open it.
1.44 - Improved: Updated portable Firefox to newer version, which should help with hanging on some specific keywords.

1.43 - Bug Fix: Whitelist keywords wouldn't match if text case didn't match.
- Improved: Better closing of portable Firefox process when exiting Q&A Grabber.

This is a larger update (size-wise) due to the upgraded Firefox portable. It should all update smoothly with the automatic updater, but if you encounter any issues please try downloading the newest installer from the Q&A Grabber thank you page and updating that way.

Very interested in a trial. Is it available or a coupon?

Any chance to get a translator along with the spinner?
My idea is to scrape paa from another language and automatically translate it to mine, then publish on my post.

cheers
