Here's my review of this product:

10/10 for Customer Support.

I had a problem opening the software in Windows 10 Pro and I can't open the installer in my VPS running on Windows Server 2016. So I contacted the support and in less than 24 hours he helped me fix the issues using a TeamViewer. He also helped me installed the software in my VPS.

The $62 lifetime license is very much worth it for the support alone. Mr X is so polite and I can sense that he is really willing to help his customers.

v 1.4 - Keyword Whitelist: add keywords that must be present before the software will click & scrape a Q&A pair.

v 1.41: New Setting: Debug Mode - Under General Settings, check this box to show the Firefox browser during scrapes (instead of hiding). This will allow you to see what the software sees when it's returning "No Results" or having similar issues for troubleshooting. NOTE: If you've already run a scrape, the Firefox browser is running and hidden, so the Enable Debut option will have no effect. You must select "Enable Debug" before running your first scrape of the session.


The whitelist will help keep the software more on track with relevant content (when presented in the People Also Ask section). However, if you don't include a broad enough range of keywords or Google doesn't return relevant results at any point during the scrape, it will be unable to continue scraping content for your current target keyword. So if you use the whitelist and don't get a full set of Q&A's back, try adding more relevant keywords to the whitelist (recommended to use 3-15 whitelist keywords for most scenarios, though it may vary by situation and target keywords). To use the whitelist simply click the Whitelist button on the Single or Bulk interface, set your whitelist keywords one per line, click OK, then run the software as normal. When done or switching topics, open the whitelist settings again, delete all and either add new relevant keywords or delete all and click OK.

v 1.42 - Bug Fix: Whitelist Settings dialog not showing buttons on some smaller screens. Made Whitelist interface draggable.


This was a small update to fix a possible issue reported by a user for those with smaller screens - working on a new feature that will be pushed asap after a bit more testing... stay tuned!

Currently there aren't any promotions for further discounts off the BHW special price of $77 lifetime (a $50 discount from the general public price of $127 lifetime) - there won't be any further discounts for quite a bit (not sure when), unfortunately. Here's my brief review for this product:

11/10 for Customer Support (yes, 11/10)

I've also had problem during installation (due to Bitdefender causing the issue) and he responded very quickly via pm and we solved the issues together. He was super helpful and patient throughout the whole process as well.

As for the software itself, I'd say that I have just scratched the surface for now, but so far it's been very pleasant experience using this software.

It does perform all its functions well as stated and I'd say that it's definitely worth every buck for its price.

Also, I've bought the other tool, QuestionForge, and it's a nifty tool to have alongside QA grabber and worth buying together as well

Update: The keyword whitelist new feature is another deal-breaker (the first one was the JSON markup implementation) with it, I was able to extract questions containing my exact keyword and save myself long hours of editing time.

Has anyone had any success publishing FAQs as ebooks and publishing it through Publishdrive or Smashwords?
