We checked our tickets ones again and couldn't found a ticket which was not replied. Provide the email address from which you contacted us and we will check ones again in our system. Please be more specific, otherwise, your words hang in the air. Also as I can see in your previous reply you are saying "Contacting support for sales has gotten zero response." which means you contacted our sales department, now you are saying that you wrote us on our support mail. [Review] I have been using the $1 hosting for my money site and personal for a few projects and I have to say it's great value for money helpful support and I really recommend them. I have used $1 hosting before and half the time my site would be down my sites have never been down.
@Naijalife can you tell website loading speed with page size more then 2MB(or anything for reference) by putting it in gtmetrix.com (or similar web page loading site check website)

yes but I have not optimized site yet as you can see I need to defer java in my attached screenshot that's why my speed is bad coz all the plugins

I think even if you would it still would be upto 8 sec which still is quite low imo.
