Got the 7 days trial, here is my short review as I believe OP is working on few links.

1: communication: Seller is very clear about his service and everything is pretty much clear from day one, i have submitted my two site for trial and have received beautifully designed site wide research report.
2: Minor issues in social media presence count: one of site has less media presence and it was counted, but second site was shown having zero Facebook reach, though its having around 500 likes(although likes are newly acquired so might be missed from calculation)
3: on page seo suggestion: suggestions to improve on page seo was given, will surely implement.
4. : link building: i have received around 5 high rank backlink, will check if those stays for a month.

From my end its a must try service, will surely place my order.
