Starting my own PBN, need some guidance

Hello,

After using multiple services from BHW & out, for link building using PBN's, I think it's time to invest in my own PBN,
I have $5K to start this project,
I will also put $500-$800 each month (for new websites after I finish the $5K),
I have already hired a full-time writer (for my other projects),
So I'm going to cut the writing expenses,
The biggest expense I'm seeing is domain names,
and this is where I need some guidance,
I'm looking for domains in specific niches :

• Entertainment
• News
• Agency (Web services Companies ...)

That will help me get backlinks for all my website (So I don't have to worry much about the niche),
Is this approach right?
I've done some research about domain names & I think the best option is DomCop + Ahref,
Are there any other tools I'm going to need & why?
How many websites do I need to build in your opinion?
Is $100-$300 a good budget to get a domain name for PBN?

My main websites are in the streaming niche,
But I'm going also to start an e-commerce business soon,
& I have a digital agency (Local in my country), where I provide my clients with Ads management & Lead generation.
I don't think I'm going to have to get any backlink to my agency website (I'm already #1 for the keywords I want),

So what are your ideas & propositions for me?

U can save money if you automate building of site with tools for PBN building.
I create too my own PBN as don't trust these sellers on BHW and never hire writer as i just cloak PBN sites to affiliate lander.
This way use them for both backlink and also can function as direct money page.

I don't really have any problem in setting up a website in under 1 day using WordPress + ThemeForest themes (Nulled ones),
For the writing I already have a full-time writer, he can write up an additional article (700 words),
I didn't understand the last part, are you using redirects to your money site?

For hosting, I've compiled a little list of web hosts I can start with,
I'm not looking to pay monthly,
My idea is, register the domain for 3+ years (Depend on domain & registrar & the price)
& do the same thing with hosting (So I can get better discounts),
I checked your service, I really don't think I will use any PBN hosting (I read a lot of negative things about that),
& for managing the websites, I think after getting 15+ websites I will hire a VA to check and update everything & add content regularly
But I'm open to any suggestions

Depends on where you want to get your domain names from. Dropped domains won't cost more than $50 to buy and register depending on the vendor you use. Auction domains on Godaddy, NameJet, etc will set you back $100+ at least. Aim for a 50 site PBN and ideally 100 if your strategy involves heavy PBN usage.

Building a PBN without having a management system for it is suicide. The whole point of a PBN is not to be made of a few sites but a shitload of sites, otherwise if you just do a few sites you're not going to get much rankings. There's so much going on with developing a PBN that i could write a book. Wish you good luck because I know is going to be a pain in the butt.

Yeah that's the plan, I will try to get premium domains at auction,
and get some dropped domains as well,
for the number of websites, why do you suggest 100 websites?

My suggestion would be to register domains for a shorter period of time as you also need to consider the fact that some domains will drop off from google index for various reasons.
As far as PBN hosting goes, my service doesnt do anything different than what you are doing. I have aggregated a list of shared web host and created an automated functionality to manage all these from one dashboard, which includes installing wordpress cloudflare etc with single click. Same thing that you would do but i have created a time saver for you

I think you want to look at the domains offered by @Nargil ... he has already done the leg work and could save you a lot of time and headache.

also, you mentioned "local in my country"..... based on my own internal test: if you want to rank for a particular country, it does help to have country specific domains, hosted within that country. Otherwise, you might end up ranking 1 on google.com, checking with a US proxy, but when you check within your own country you might not be 1. this happened to me. it got changed, once I increased country specific backlinks. hope this makes sense.

another tool you need is excel!!!! to track when you have last updated each PBN and the high authoritative backlinks you make to your PBN. remember, you need to treat you PBN as money sites!!!

one last recommendation: start creating web 2.0 blogs and let them age. do it today. you might need to use them few month down the road!!. i have multiple unused web 2.0 that was created few years ago, where I gradually start to use when I need to boost my money site or PBNs. key here is that they need to age. keep track of these in your excel file!

I've seen @Nargil list, I think it's a little expensive for the stats,
I will consider buying domains from brokers of course,
For my agency, I'm #1 in my country and not in Google US,
& the web 2.0 idea is good, I think I will start create some and use them to give more juice to the PBN
