We have multiple businesses in different industries with different YouTube channels.
Our biggest channel has around 88k subs, is in the luxury niche, and makes us around $1k a month. This doesn't even cover a 3rd of the money we put into the video in terms of time, resources, etc.
One of our new clients in the music industry stopped by the store the other day to buy a few products. His YouTube channel has approximately 800k subs. He claims that instead of using Adsense for monetization, they use some other 3rd party companies that optimize everything. This results in YouTube being one of the main money makers for their business. Supposedly, he invests a certain amount of money with these 3rd party companies and the views that they gain from that are substantially more and more targeted than anything they can do on their own using Adsense. He said that our YouTube channel can become very lucrative if we post more than 1 video a week (our current upload frequency) and hire one of these companies.
I did a little digging on my own and ran into the "Adsense Alternatives" video below:

However, the top-paying Adsense alternatives listed above don't seem to charge channels money. They just split the revenue with the channels with the biggest cut going to the channel itself (60/40, 70/30, 90/10, etc.).
Are you guys familiar with what our new client claims regarding maximizing channel revenue through a 3rd party company that you pay?
And how is this different than the 7 Adsense alternatives listed on the article above?
Sorry if these are basic questions, but it seemed as if our new client was being genuine when he gave us the above advice.
