Wordpress Subdomain for Mobile Webview App (AdMob Without Adsense)

Lately, I have been thinking about getting a mobile app for my Wordpress-based Entertainment website. I am aware its not safe to use website with Adsense with Mobile webview apps or along with Admob.

For this reason, I am thinking about creating a subdomain (e.g m.mysite.com) for the Mobile webview apps which would use AdMob (Not Adsense) along with other advertising networks.

DESIGN / FUNCTIONALITY
The Mobile webview app would have the same theme and functionality as the original site (as normal view on mobile web browsers). However, most of the plugins would be excluded, which would allow it to load faster.

SEO / ANALYTICS
It would have a no-index robot file for SEO relating to duplicated content. The Mobile webview app would be identical to the Mobile view of the original site. However, it would only have descriptions (featured images and excerpts (300 words)) along with "See Full Story" in its post that links to the full posts on the original site by the means of a normal mobile browsers such as Chrome or Safari. Further, it would have its on Google Analytics property tracking so that I can keep an eye on the traffic statistics for the Mobile webview app separately from the original site.

EXCLUSIVITY / MEMBERS
The Mobile webview app would feature exclusive content where users would need to sign in (by via Account/Facebook/Twitter etc) to view.

TRAFFIC
It would use Push notification to drive most of its traffic to the Mobile webview app.
The original site will feature a pop up on mobile to install the app from Android and iOS stores.
The webview app will feature a pop up to allow Push Notifications through the app.



What are your thoughts on this idea?
Have anyone tried this or something similar before?
Do you monetize your mobile webview app?

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

What is your reason for considering this idea. Mind is to take advantage of Push Notification and AdMob.

Push Notifications is a good source of Direct traffic. Further, the Mobile webview app have would need traffic somehow for monetization, since it wouldnt be intended to get Search Engine and Social Media traffic.

Right now, my entertainment site has over 50K subscribers for Push notifications. But, not one of those notifications are going to iOS devices.
Notifications are not allowed from website on Apple device except for Macbooks. So, this app would help fix that problem while monetizing with Admob instead of Adsense.

This also gives a chance to experiment and expand knowledge in the realm of Admob and other mobile based advertising networks.

Either way, its all about growth to acquiring more revenue from both original website and mobile app.

SOCIAL MEDIA SHARES FROM APP
Canonical URLs would be used for social sharing. This means that when an user shares an articles from the the app, it would share the original site link to social media networks instead of the link of the webview app site.

Instead of just using "SEE FULL ARTICLE" link, I am now considering a redirection (after certain x time) from the featured image and title text on the Mobile Webview app to the original website.
This means that the webview app will open the links to the original article in an orginarybrowser such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
It will also ask the user if they want to open the link in the browser instead of simply opening it automatically.

I think it would be better if every link clicked on and everything action, should load on your App not to redirect it to a browser (chrome)

After reconsidering, I agree that redirecting users to the original article in another browser may not be a good as it relates to functionality.
I'll look more into this... Thanks for your input.
