The unfollow setting is not working for me. I've been testing and adjusting the settings for a week now and still 0 unfollows...

Sorry for the double post. I'm attempting to use the PIA (Private Internet Access) SOCKS5 proxy. The address is proxy-nl.privateinternetaccess.com, the port is 1080, and the username and password are generated for each user. I've entered all that information (correctly), yet FollowPlanner is unable to connect. Can anyone offer advice?

Additionally, I am on a university's wifi, and IT services do not have UPnP enabled, nor do they allow requests for port forwarding. So the home proxy utility won't work, unless there is some workaround. Any advice?

It's likely that kind of network isn't supported by FollowPlanner. I would recommend opening a ticket, or purchasing from a provider here on BHW.
