-I only want to run one account. Is it possible to offer an even less expensive price to run just one account instead of paying 10/mo for 5 slots, 4 of which I won’t use?

-I plan on liking and commenting for the most part as I have had issues in the past with bots unfollowing family and friends by mistake. Do you have any analytics tools to measure followbacks after you interact with an account without following them (i.e. common method of liking 3 photos in a row - can you track followback rates from this type of interaction)?

-Re DM app…do you offer auto (or semi auto) welcome DMs?

-Re: DM app…do you offer a way to mass message all of your followers (slowly, of course) with the same message?

-Do you have music engagement groups using the software?

1. Unfortunately, our smallest package is the 5 account package.

2. We only have follow-back related analytics - not liking or commenting.

3. Not yet, but we are working on this.

5. We have an engagement group tool, but you will have to find people yourself to network with as there is no built-in engagement group finder in FollowPlanner.

Unfortunately, we don't have an unlimited plan. You can buy multiple 50-package plans, however! :)

After some weeks of using it, I will say that I am really satisfied with the tool and its helping me slowly growing my account and engagement.
I do have some suggestions for the future:
  • It happened a couple of times of liking and commenting on a blank photo (that is a big red flag for instagram) would be nice if the tool could detect that.
  • Are you guys planning a analytics to instagram performance? That would enhance even more the power that comes already along with.
  • For when to be able to copy in bulk tags? It is very long and manual process to insert all the tags in adding sources.
  • And would be nice to have a more specific tips for how to optimize the tool (number of likes, comments, follow/unfollow)

I'm very happy with this piece of software, but i am facing posting ban problems for two weeks.

I send two tickets to your support and i got no answer at all. Maybe there's an IG algorithm update it's affecting Followplanner.

I hope you fix as soon as possible, since i am using Hootsuite & Buffer and i don't like their software at all.
