Please fix the hashtag pasting issue... it adds them all as one big hashtag so you have to manually add hashtags 1 by 1 takes foreverrrrr
 
why are you not responding to your inbox here adn the support ticket for 3 days now
 
Ok, I downloaded proxy utility and run it, but which user name and password should I put in ??
 
I have been using a different automation bot, but it has been flagging one account whenever the bot likes a post and I am "like" banned for about a day. I'm looking to switch, but how will can I prevent this automation service from having the same issues? also, i love follow planner haha.

The FollowPlanner username and password. :)

Try opening your port!

If that doesn't work, just wait a day or two... hopefully we're launching a new Proxy Utility Tool soon that eliminates the need to forward ports. :)

You could have a proxy issue! I'd try out a new proxy if you are switching to us, or you could try the Proxy Utility Tool that we provide! :)

What does this notification mean when I got a Like Error?

"Failed to like post. (Feedback required)"

I also noticed that FP tried to follow a private acc although I didn't set it to.

I am such a bit anxious about that.
 
I love FollowPlanner. I like the fact that it's cloud based. Can I get the coupon? and how long will it be valid, I am planning to try FollowPlanner from next week, so don't want the code to expire before.

Hello,

That notification occurs when Instagram blocks your account from liking a post. This usually occurs because of setting speed or because of your proxy. Try lowering your settings or changing proxies if this issue becomes a problem.
