Can you turn off your computer and will Followplanner still work?

It is annoying that the customer support doesn't answer even after 7 days. So that's why I ask here my new issue (occurred just yet): Each time I want to save my settings I got this notification "Server Errorundefined".

If you're talking about the planner tool, you'll have to create your own presets.

FollowPlanner allows you to use your own proxy (which you can turn off your computer for), or you can use our Proxy Utility Tool (which you would need your computer on for FollowPlanner to work).

We're working on getting some things figured out. Please make sure your ticket is open and we will get back to your ASAP. We moved our system over to a new interface, and that's causing some issues with some existing users.
That's not true. FollowPlanner was completely our creation. We don't use 3rd party scripts.
