I'm trying to understand or if somebody could explain this to me since I'm not that proficient in English and I would be deeply appreciated.

I only have 1 Instagram account and I have no interest acquiring more. Does this mean I can use this just like a normal proxy and I won't be affected by a possible Instagram ban? I'm just trying to understand what it means so I can work on the Port Forwarding part but first I need to understand what is this about.

Hello, i cannot add any proxies which works fine with gmt2, jarvee and even a free nextpost bot without a problem.. I wanted to pay via BTC (cannot use Paypal) and they told me that i must pay for 3 months in the beginning. So i paid that 3 months, now i cannot even add a proxy to use your tool so please tell me what is going on here?

And also your website is too slow right now...

Since they moved to a new server everything started to fail. No automatic posts yesterday, failed to connect to proxies today, nothing works at all, dashboard giving error collecting data.

We recently moved to a dedicated server. This caused a couple response errors, but everything should be working now. This upgrade will make all systems run much smoother. Hopefully all the kinks begin to even out, now.

So this is my journey by now;

First of all i wanted a cloud based tool because i didn't want to use a VPS or my PC (24h). I was happy to see there is a tool suggested by IGKing.
I cannot use Paypal so i contacted them if they can accept payments through BTC, and they told me yes, but i should pay 3 months of payments , i sent several tickets before buying and always got a reply in max 3 hours so i paid this 3 months of payment. After than that their website stopped working, when it works i couldnt add any proxies.. Today they are saying everything is ok, yes i can add proxies BUT i cannot add any accounts to those proxies.. And these proxies i am using right now with other 2 popular bots without a problem with same accounts..

Somehow i managed to add some accounts but when i started follow tool they all stopped working (inactive), ig ask for a PV/EV i give the code to followplanner tool and ig asks again, so i am in a loop right now.. I deleted these accounts and added them back to other bot now they are working fine with same proxies so please dont tell me it is a proxy issue..

Right now only 5 accounts added in Followplanner and only 2 of them is working.
3 of them is stays at this position and doing nothing;

We will get your situtation resolved. You should hear a response from us shortly. If we can't get a resolution quickly, please PM me and we can sort it out ASAP. The server change and the proxy tool has been our priority the past couple days, but we will address your issues.
