Caption template overriding manually entered caption.
Made a caption template, didn't like it, deleted it. Now all of my posts are posting whatever is in the caption template, even if the template is blank the posted caption is blank also.
How do I turn off templates?

Followplanner is really bad! i had really lots of problems with it, they say: "we will fix it as soon as possible" or "last week we changed (blah blah blah) and now we hope works well" nothing started working, also the support ir slow and not answer properly. after 2 month I canceled my subscription, Very Bad!
Most of the tool is working well for me just some small problems, for the price it's well worth the glitches imo.

I'd like to know if it's normal to get a few errors on your likes (~10%), or is it something I need to investigate?

We're upgrading our support tickets right now, so we've discovered that we're missing some tickets that come through. We hope this problem is resolved. The editing profiles and the adding new sources are usually a proxy error. We're working on a better solution for this.

I'm loving followplanner so far but I am just getting ready to start using the follow/unfollow and engagement automation. Can anyone point me to a place to find presets or safe guidelines for getting this running?

There are a bunch of sellers in the proxy marketplace here. I'd recommend finding a residential proxy.
