Just my 2 cents here, but selling Adwords accounts with impressions is meaningless unless OP has a method to make the campaign/budget/targeting switch after approval, without putting it back into review. I don't know what OP is guaranteeing but anything short of that is not ideal for running black/gray hat ads. I believe its irresponsible for OP to say "your account received impressions" (suggesting its ready to go) and him not knowing the intricacies with how Adwords really works. Again, if he has a method for editing campaign and budget after the fact, without triggering an account review, that's terrific for buyers. OP, can you clarify/confirm what will happen to the accounts after someone makes an edit?

I tried to edit budget and add keywords and it still works well
But i tried to another campaign it got suspended after a frozen few days
So I assume editing current campaign is okay but don't add another one to avoid suspension

Can you confirm being able to get impressions with an initial daily budget set at least $100 and up to the full $450? If not, are you simply creating the campaigns with a daily budget of $5-$10 to start?

yes i can set daily budget to $100 no problem Also going over $450 is guaranteed 99% if u don't touch the account After running

So I can simply provide you with a campaign, targeting, keywords and full $450 daily budget to be exhausted on the first day and you'll supply me with an account that is running with the information I'll provide correct? I don't want an account in a paused status as that can put the account back into review.

OP can make your campaign as the first one, so there are no additional reviews as long as you keep it as is. I'm waiting for him to deliver (should be today) and will get back with a review in a few days.

Purchased account put ad up could not change bids thought that was strange since I have run many adwords ads and could always change the bids made him aware of it and he then gave me another account he said to make sure to follow the rules and I did including making no edits the second ad I ran would not let me change the bid amount when I pointed that out he became upset maybe this works in Germany but for me in the US did not work out very well

It's so nice when something works out the way you hope. I was a bit skeptical when I paid for this account but it's worked out perfectly. This seller is legit and he gives very good support. I've been able to start a new campaign and make all kinds of changes to it and it's still working great. I've already made 3 times my money back and this was just an experimental campaign that's not even finished.
