Used the tool yesterday and took advantage of the 7 Days trial. Below are some of the few feedback that I have.

1. After adding a proxy and IG account, I have no idea what to do next; it wasn't beginner friendly imho. I have the impression that after adding the account, FP will automatically log it in but it wasn't the case. I figured later that I have to manually click "login" in the action dropdown, then "enable" it afterwards.

- My suggestion: Could be helpful if there's like an alert message on top of the table that says "account needs to be logged in manually and enabled. Click here to learn how (link to help center article)"

2. After configuring some parameters in Planner area, I have the impression again that it will automatically start once you pressed the 'Update settings' button. I don't know if the actions are currently running, or not. Til later I saw that there's nothing going on. So I tried very hard to find the "start" button... only to figure out it's a toggle on the Dashboard area that says 'Activity'.

- My suggestion: An additional 'Start' button in the Planner page could be helpful. Or atleast a green big button in the Dashboard that says Start. Idk, the toggle is quite hard to figure out for a noob.

3. At some point while browsing through FollowPlanner, I stumbled upon 500 Error in a blank white page. I tried refreshing multiple times to go back to the correct page.

- My suggestion: Check your systems or servers if they're enough to handle your traffic? Hopefully it's not the same issue internally when the bot is scraping.

Lastly, all these issues I encountered were really not a problem too if there's a proper articles or beginner's guide to follow. Unfortunately the Help Center is quite lacking of important articles and upon visiting only found these:

Anyways, I am happy that there's now an online tool available wherein I will not need a VPS to run it. I'll save much on this service because I am currently running only less than five accounts.
