So for usd 35 , i will get an activated verified adword account with usd 100 balance inside. Do i need to attach my credit card with it to get it working. Or i simply can use 100 usd worth of ads and buy another account after that.

I think the seller is a scammer I bought from this website visavcc. Org and I think it is being run by same seller. And I haven't received my coupon. Total scam. I urge you all to open a case against him in paypal to get back your money !

He finally refunded me after wasting almost a month doing nothing.
I ordered an account, he didn't do anything until I contacted him 2 weeks later where he stated that he was unable to create it.
If he's unable to create the accounts, why is he even offering this service?

Don't order, the guy is offering a service he cannot provide, which one might regard as a scammer.
