I am trying to add account but keep getting this error - some error happened, please refresh the page.

I have refreshed, log out and log in multiple times but with no effect. I have added the proxy already which is working and trying to use the same. I have tested the proxy on my browser first and I got a security challenge which I completed to login into instagram. Should it be fine for your system to add my account now.

You need a proxy first, only then the dashboard will allow you to add account. Without adding account, its not possible to view other pages in dashboard

Same thing is happening to me. Also getting the "Failed to load Direct Messages Inbox" error, and FollowPlanner won't post to the instagram

Another problem i am having is that it isn't following people. It followed 34 people in the first hour, although it was set to follow UP TO 30, and then the next two hours it has done nothing although it should be following as it shows in my schedule. - It looks like it is completely broken at the minute as most of the things aren't working.

I was looking for such bot for some time and now I think I finally found the right bot for myself. The only downside for now is that I cannot schedule posting, because when I click in calendar its not creating any block, like it's shown in video. And the second thing I want you do add option - when I scrap carousel post I would like to delete some of the pictures in that carousel. I hope that you will fix post scheduling asap

REVIEW TIME -

After reviewing Followplanner for last 3 days, I can say that this is hands down the easiest and reliable automation bot out there. This makes my life so much easier by scraping the content itself and even copying the caption from the original posts. It makes managing a lot of Instagram Accounts much much easier. You don't need a VPS for this so it already cuts down on a lot of costs and I can access it from anywhere which just solves my problem as I had to use teamviewer to access my previous bot.

Suggestions -

-I would like them to add a time in the campaign where we can do both - Follow and Unfollow - in a given time frame. I could do a lot of follows and unfollows using my previous bot but this bot can only follow OR unfollow at 1 given point.
- Also, let us download or just let us add the posts or videos we get in our DM's to the campaign (this will be a really handy feature)
- Also, to let us know how many posts we have scheduled (a number of total posts) would be a great addition to the media planner section.
- Also, let us mass select and delete the posts that we don't want to add from the media library, its a pain to select them and delete them one by one.

Overall I would give this an 8/10 and it will 10/10 if they add the features I asked for.

I have no recommendation for Canada proxies, but I recommend trying to create your own or use a residential proxy located in Canada, if possible.

Yes, all accounts on FollowPlanner require a proxy.
