Did you follow all 200 accounts in one day? How many seconds or minutes in between? Asking because I also plan to create accounts and do things manually at first.

Great insights and thank you for all the information. I would like for you to correct me if i am understanding wrongly. For starter and newbie i am thinking to run a 20 account grid as a newbie. So overall from what understand cost would be

01 - VPS - 7$
02 - 10 semi dedicated proxies - 20$
03 - Jarvee - 50$
04 - Landing page and all - 5$

total cost would be around - 85$ per month.

Is it possible to earn this amount from ig from 20 accounts minimum ? So that you wont lose anything?

10 semi costs $10 i guess not $20. yes u can earn with good niche and good targeting

When you create accounts, do you use proxies or your own IP? If proxies, do you use the account on the same proxy that you created it with?

Why is there specific campaigns for specific countries? I mean if my offer is for US, the page is written in english right? Means I should could get visitors from all over the world right?

Not understanding well why CPA campaigns are for specific countries and not world wide.

25-30/per domain will be safe
