I am using OVH vps from last 2 years, never had any problem and i am running 200 accounts on that vps with only 3gb

Are you referring to the 10$ vps...if so can it run my 40 twitter accs smoothly? Looking for advice since im using greencloudvps and it'll be expensive for me next month.

Would it matter which IP you use for account creation? So a proxy wouldn't be needed for account creation, only when you start performing actions on each account, right?
